Fulfillment

Which stores can you connect?

Shopify, Etsy, TikTok Shop and Amazon merchant-fulfilled orders. You request the connection from the Fulfillment page; a person on our side links the store, usually the same business day, and confirms by e-mail. Orders then sync in automatically.

What does an order cost?

Per action, no plan: receiving $0.50 per unit, storage $12.00 per bin per month, pick $2.50 for the first item and $0.50 for each additional item, pack $0.30 per package, the shipping label at carrier cost, and $2.00 per return processed. The billing page shows every charge as it happens.

How fast do you ship?

Orders that arrive before 1pm Central ship the same business day; later ones ship the next business day. From Houston, USPS Ground Advantage reaches most of the country in two to five days.

How do I send inventory?

After your store is connected you receive the warehouse address and a labelling sheet for the cartons. We count units in within two business days of arrival and they appear on your inventory page.

What happens with returns?

Returns are inspected and photographed. Resellable units go back into stock; the rest are held for your decision. Each processed return appears on the returns page and on the bill.

Studio

What does Studio do?

Upload a design and a product photo, place the design on the product, apply an engraving or print effect, and export a print-ready file. You can also generate artwork from a text prompt, remove backgrounds and upscale.

How do credits work?

Every action in Studio costs credits (2 for an AI image, 10 for a listing scene, 30 for AI engraving), reserved before the AI runs and returned automatically if the run fails. New accounts start with 40 credits. Packs are one-off top-ups, and credits never expire:

• Starter: 400 credits for $49
• Creator: 1,000 credits plus 100 bonus for $99
• Studio: 2,500 credits plus 400 bonus for $199
• Pro: 6,000 credits plus 1,200 bonus for $399

You can also top up any amount from $10 at 10 credits per dollar. Payments go through Stripe; receipts are under Settings.

Where is my library?

Files you upload into a project stay with that project. A shared library across projects is being built and is not available yet.

Yes. One account, one set of settings, one support inbox.
