About ALABALA

ALABALA is two things in one account: a fulfillment warehouse in Houston, Texas, and an AI design studio.

Fulfillment

We are a small third-party logistics provider for brands that have outgrown packing orders at home. You send inventory to Houston; we count it in, store it, pick and pack every paid order from your Shopify, Etsy, TikTok Shop or Amazon (merchant-fulfilled) store, buy the shipping label and write the tracking number back to the store. Returns are inspected, photographed and restocked.

Every fee is per action: receiving, storage, pick, pack, the label at carrier cost, and returns. There are no minimums, no contract and no monthly platform fee. The rates are published on the home page and are the same numbers your billing page uses.

Studio

Studio is our design tool. Upload a design and a product photo, place one on the other, apply an engraving or print effect, and export a print-ready file. You can also generate artwork from a prompt. It runs on credits: every new account starts with 40 credits, packs start at $49, and credits never expire.

Why we built it

The large 3PLs want volume minimums, long contracts and invoices full of fees nobody explained. We wanted the opposite: receiving within two business days, a bill you can read line by line with a live month-to-date total, and a person answering support tickets.
