How an order moves through the warehouse
Five steps, and you can watch each one from your dashboard: inventory, orders, shipments, returns and the bill.
Connect your store
Tell us which store to connect. We link it through our shipping hub and confirm by email; new orders start flowing in automatically after that.
Send inventory to Houston
Ship cartons to our warehouse. We count every unit in, assign it a bin, and it shows up in your inventory page within two business days of arrival.
Orders sync in
Paid orders arrive on their own. You do not print anything and you do not forward anything.
We pick, pack and buy the label
Warehouse staff pick each item, pack it, and buy a USPS Ground Advantage label. Shipping is charged at carrier cost.
Tracking goes back to the store
The tracking number is written back to your marketplace so your customer gets the notification from the store they bought from. Returns are inspected, photographed and restocked.
What an order costs
These are the rates the billing page charges. There is no plan to pick; you pay for what the warehouse actually did.
Shipping is passed through at the carrier's price. We do not mark labels up.
An AI design studio in the same account
Upload a design and a product photo, place one on the other, apply an engraving or print effect, and export a print-ready file. Generate artwork from a prompt when you have none.
Studio runs on credits. Every new account starts with 40 credits; credits never expire.

We ship domestically from Texas. If most of your customers are on the coasts, USPS Ground Advantage takes two to five days.
Store connections are set up by us
You request a connection from the dashboard and a person links it on our side, usually the same business day. There is no self-serve OAuth button yet.
